This morning a news article is trending showing graphically showing the continued rise in prominence of mobile marketing and fall in every other medium. This is largely due to the mass dominance of smartphones amongst most generations X & Y, the growth of tablets and the many fablets (phones that are large enough to be mini-tablets).

These mobile technologies are a great resource that we now feel are an essential part of our staying connected ‘out of the office’ as well as keeping up with family and friends. When I coach about personal productivity, I believe there is great power and effectiveness in habits and rituals that become second nature to a point that we no longer have to think about them.
