Do you check your facebook or email all the time or have them come through on alert all day and night? Do you struggle to focus on big, difficult projects and tasks and never seem to progress them? Because of our ‘always-on’ culture with technology, I don’t think you are in the minority. Yet constantly connecting and changing focus is in many ways no focus at all and less productive. This is relevant to work, study and liesure time.
